MASTER COMPLIANCE, MANUFACTURING, AND REGULATORY STANDARDS

Applicability: Mandatory for all TIF (Theron International Foundation) OEM companies, TERRA plants, EPCM vendors, and enterprise deployment partners and their customers operating within the United States and only the USA due to our DUAL USE technolgies.

1. PURPOSE & GOVERNANCE

This document establishes the binding operational, engineering, and legal standards governing all Permanent Magnetic Generators (PMG) systems and associated infrastructure deployed across the United States. Because our technologies bypass traditional grid dependencies through permanent magnetic flux cycling, they operate outside standard utility frameworks, necessitating a rigorous, proprietary, and federally aligned compliance standard.

All regional manufacturing facilities, TERRA plants, engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) vendors, and installation partners must strictly adhere to the standards outlined herein.

2. CORE PRODUCT ECOSYSTEM & SPECIFICATIONS

The manufacturing standards apply to our primary heavy-duty equipment categories, focusing on high-capacity energy generation, water purification, and medical-grade storage:

• TRON GENSETS®: High-frequency, high-RPM permanent neodymium magnetic primary power systems, scalable from multi-megawatt configurations up to 100 MWh blocks designed for continuous 24/7/365 AI data center and industrial baseload operations.

• ATMAG GENSETS®: Atmospheric Water Generation integrated with permanent magnetic propulsion, achieving 97% recovery and reuse to eliminate public aquifer dependency.

• DESAL GENSETS®: High-capacity underground desalination platforms featuring multi-stage pre-treatment (oil/water separation, DAF, ultrafiltration) combined with high-rejection Reverse Osmosis (RO) powered directly by our magnetic generators.

• T-D-D GENSET®: Combined Thermal Distillation and Desalination units engineered for maximum output purity and volume.

• T-S-W-S-CONT®: Pure stainless steel, medical-grade, and commercial-grade drinking water storage containers (ranging from 45,000 to over 1,320,000 gallons) designed for fail-safe hydration and industrial reserve.

3. REGULATORY, LEGISLATIVE, & STANDARDS MATRIX

Every manufactured unit and deployment project must comply with the following multi-tiered legal, electrical, safety, and environmental frameworks:

A. Intellectual Property & Patent Standards

• USPTO Patent Framework: Manufactured strictly under the protections and specifications of Patent Application No. 63/641,548 (Permanent Magnetic Energy). Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial replication constitutes a direct criminal violation of international copyright laws and federal intellectual property rights.

B. Electrical & Interconnection Standards

• IEEE 1547 & IEEE LM Standards: Compliance with standard protocols for interconnecting distributed resources, ensuring harmonic compliance, voltage regulation, and islanding safety under proprietary Theron International Foundation (TIF) electrical guidelines.

• National Electrical Code (NEC – NFPA 70): Strict adherence to Article 101 and general electrical safety, grounding, and wiring methods for permanent magnetic generation equipment.

• National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 70, 71, 72): Comprehensive fire safety, signaling, and alarm system integration for high-density power and water installations.

C. Federal Energy, Market, & Environmental Acts

• FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) & PUCs/PSCs: Operating within Behind-the-Meter (BTM) frameworks, Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) contracts, and Ratepayer Protection Pledges (RPP) that insulate consumers from traditional utility volatility.

• DEO’s Genesis Mission & USA Data Act: Aligning sovereign power architecture with national security directives for critical AI data infrastructure, grid resiliency, and domestic supply chain security.

• DERs (Distributed Energy Resources): Decentralized deployment to ensure absolute energy independence and grid bypass.

D. Food, Water, & Health Compliance

• Food and Drug Administration (FDA): Compliance standards governing fluid contact materials, medical-grade stainless steel purity, and potability assurance for all T-S-W-S-CONT storage systems and DESAL/ATMAG output water.

4. EPCM, VENDOR, & DEPLOYMENT MANDATES

1. Domestic Manufacturing Integrity: All systems must be assembled and tested within authorized US facilities (such as Jupiter, Florida), utilizing domestic workforce standards and superior conductive pathways (e.g., silver-tier conductivity specifications over traditional copper limitations where applicable).

2. Site Execution: EPCM partners and enterprise clients must coordinate civil, structural, and foundational engineering around the modular footprint of multi-stack TRON and ATMAG skids.

3. Warranty & Lifecycle Compliance: Units are engineered for permanent baseload operation backed by our 50-year limited warranty framework (up to 438,300 continuous operational hours), eliminating the liabilities of traditional 1,500-hour standby fossil generators.
